Choices must be the same treatment or w/Laser, IPL, or Facial. Can not combine Facials w/IPL or Laser Treatments due to acids applied to skin w/ facials.
Payment must be paid in full, or 1/2 down with 2nd half paid by 3rd month into the year membership. No rollover, services must be booked each month and used within 30 days, Program expires at the end of 12 months.
